LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Thank you for choosing Flect Paint Protection Film. This Limited Product Warranty ("Warranty") applies only to Flect Paint Protection Film products that have been professionally installed on your vehicle ("Product"). This Warranty is provided by Flect, LLC ("Flect") and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

WARRANTY PERIOD

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Product for a period of ten (10) years from the date of professional installation. If the Product fails to perform during this period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Flect will, at its option, repair or replace the Product.

Use of any supplementary products such as but not limited to improper maintenance products, ceramic coatings, waxes, polishes, etc and circumstances associated with environmental factors such as but not limited to fuel spills, lack of proper maintenance, etc are not covered by Flect warranty. 

Orange Peel is not covered under Flect warranty. Vehicles with prior inconsistencies and/or damage such as but not limited to underlying vehicle paint defects may alter the appearance of Flect Paint Protection Film once adhered to the vehicle.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Warranty covers any of the following defects:

1. Yellowing;
2. Fading;
3. Cracking;
4. Bubbling.

This Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

1. Improper installation, including installation by anyone other than a professional installer authorized by Flect;
2. Misuse, abuse, or negligence, including exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasives, collision, or intentional damage;
3. Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or scuffs, or damage caused by environmental factors, such as acid rain, bird droppings, or tree sap;
4. Damage to the underlying paint or other vehicle components, including but not limited to rust, corrosion, or fading;
5. Modifications to the Product, including trimming or altering the size or shape of the Product;
6. Acts of nature, including but not limited to hail, storm, flood, or earthquake; or
7. Failure to follow Flect's care and maintenance instructions.

This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product, and Flect shall not be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, or for any expenses, such as installation or removal costs.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To be eligible for this Warranty, the Purchaser must register the Product within fifteen (15) days of professional installation using the Flect Warranty Registration Form. The registration must include the serial number included with each Product, Installer information, and Proof Of Purchase and be submitted to the Company via [insert registration method].

Any Flect product(s) not registered within fifteen (15) days of professional installation will not be eligible for any warranty claims, no exceptions.

CLAIM PROCEDURE

To make a claim under this Warranty, you must notify Flect within fifteen (15) days of discovering the defect via the Flect Warranty Claim Form. You must provide proof of purchase and proof of professional installation. Upon receiving your claim, Flect may require an inspection of the Product to determine whether it is covered by this Warranty.

If Flect determines that the Product is covered by this Warranty, Flect will, at its option, repair or replace the Product. If Flect elects to replace the Product, Flect may replace it with a similar Product of equal or greater value.

This Warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada. This Warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Flect and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the Product. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province.

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under this Warranty shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

If any provision of this Warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Purchaser with respect to the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the Company and the Purchaser. Any waiver, modification, or amendment of any provision of this Warranty shall be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

This Limited Product Warranty ("Warranty") applies only to Flect Vinyl Wrapping Film products that have been professionally installed on your vehicle ("Product"). This Warranty is provided by Flect, LLC ("Flect") and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

If the Product fails to perform during this period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Flect will, at its option, repair or replace the Product.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Use of any supplementary products such as but not limited to improper maintenance products, ceramic coatings, waxes, polishes, etc and circumstances associated with environmental factors such as but not limited to fuel spills, lack of proper maintenance, etc are not covered by Flect warranty.
