FLECT DEALER REQUIREMENTS
EFFECTIVE AS OF JUNE 1, 2024
MINIMUM PURCHASE VOLUME
Dealers must meet minimum annual purchase thresholds to maintain authorized status. Volume requirements are reviewed annually and communicated upon approval.
BRAND REPRESENTATION
Approved dealers agree to represent Flect products accurately, use approved marketing materials, and maintain brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
DEALER PROGRAM DISCRETION
Flect reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke dealer status at its sole discretion based on program fit, performance, and adherence to these requirements.
COMMERCIAL BUSINESS PRESENCE
Applicants must operate an established automotive business with a verifiable commercial location, proper licensing, and insurance as required in their jurisdiction.
LEAD PROTECTION & BRAND INTEGRITY
Dealers must handle Flect-generated leads professionally, respond within agreed timeframes, and protect customer data and brand integrity at all times.
BUSINESS CONDUCT & REPUTATION
Dealers are expected to maintain excellent customer service standards and a reputation consistent with Flect's premium positioning in the market.
ACCOUNT USAGE POLICY
Dealer accounts are for authorized business use only. Resale, transfer, or misuse of dealer pricing or materials may result in immediate account termination.
DEALER NETWORK QUALITY CONTROL
Flect monitors installation quality and customer satisfaction. Dealers who fall below program standards may be placed on review or removed from the network.
